Fish The Lower Sacramento River!

The Lower Sacramento River flows from Shasta Lake south through Redding, California. The water temperature below Shasta Dam are regulated for optimum salmon and trout habitat.

This large river is unquestionably one of the finest catch & release wild rainbow trout fisheries in California.

There are a variety of wading opportunities but the most productive method of accessing and fishig the river is by boat.
 
After several days wade fishing our smaller Northern California streams it's a pleasant treat to comfortably drift along this beautiful river environment where one has the opportunity to catch trophy fish.
